Linear Filler Vega

The machines are suitable to fill the liquid, pasty and dense products, which may also have the particles, pulp or fibers, into the metal, plastic and glass containers.
Processable products: tomato paste, jams, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, pâtées, edible oils, creams, baby food, honey, yoghurt etc.
- Touch screen panel with simple and user friendly operating menu;

- High level of accuracy and cleanliness;
- The machine is suitable for automatic CIP washing (without disassembly of parts) using dummy bottles;
- The movements are operated by servomotor from the touch screen panel to maximize filling precision;
- Vega series are available in four versions: with 2, 4, 6 or 8 filling heads;
- The filling valves may be piston-system or flow-meter (mass or magnetic), depending on the product to be processed.

The machine might be equipped with the following accessories:
“PLUNGER” system allowing high filling accuracy for products with pieces (size up to 30mm);
Bottom up filling system, operated by servomotor;
Screw to feed and synchronize the containers, operated by servomotor;
Spiral bi-color product filling system, operated by servomotor;
Product temperature recording systemin hopper.
