Pasteuriser with calorie recovery system This type of machine with high thermal and energy efficiency was developed to satisfy the beverage market. This system allows us in full production to work, balancing the zones and
therefore almost totally minimising machine calories consumption.
These machines are technologically advanced and with a total level of automation, both in terms of Supervision and Prediction, and through modulating valves, exchangers and sophisticated temperature controls for PU.

Product quality with ACSPU. FMT has developed for its pasteurisers a control and regulation system named ACSPU to avoid over-pasteurisation during stops.
Pasteurizing tunnel mod. P - FLEX
In HOT filling Lines there is an increasing à tunnel demand for machines that can carry out different cycles of thermic treatment and process a wide range of containers, to ensure maximum cycle versatility. Thanks to FMT Engineering and R&D, FLEX systems have been designed to enable the automatic adjustment of the working
parameters, HOT/COLD, in the central zones to guarantee the correct thermic treatment of the product, depending on line speed.

- Insulation of hot zones, including front and upper zones
- Internal excess steam collection with recovery (NO NEED to install an exhauster connected externally)
- Possibility of automatic washing basins by CIP
