Flexibility and ease of use are the keys to the success of this production line. The machine can handle cartons of all sizes and formats, both folded and unfolded. Quick and easy format changeover can be performed directly from the operator panel.

Compact and reliable, our machine automatically form corrugated boxes at high speed and with maximum reliability. They are also available for large sizes and can be easily adjusted to change the size of the cartons to be produced.

The loaded flat carton is picked up by suction cups and erected into a rectangular shape. It is then placed between guides that transport it to the filling area. A downstream head automatically picks up the products and fills the pre-formed carton. The head can handle different products and formats and is easily adjustable. Once the carton is filled, the top flaps are sealed and closed with hot melt glue or adhesive.
