DENESTER MACHINE
The denester machine is an effective solution in various industries when trays need to be separated from a stack and placed on a conveyor belt.
The standard automatic denester machine can unstack a wide range of containers, from paper baking cups to jelly sheets. Thanks to its flexibility and with simple adjustments, it is possible to work with different types of containers such as:
- trays and cups of any material and shape;
- caps and lids of any material and shape;
- containers of any type and material.
Quick and easy format changeover by simply removing the loading stack or the gripper arm.
Production speed: up to 35 pieces/minute, multipliable for loading stack.

The high degree of customization makes this machine suitable for different applications and can be easily integrated into any production line. The machine design allows the operator to easily load a stack of containers. In addition, the design of the standard denester machine allows it to be placed next to or at the beginning of any existing conveyor belt. On customer request, the machine can also be equipped with a conveyor belt.
