The polypropylene (PP) hollow profile sheets produced with our Cartonplast® extrusion lines are lightweight, durable, washable, and 100% recyclable. They are ideal for the manufacturing of foldable and reusable boxes used across the fresh produce, fish, pharmaceutical, logistics, and industrial sectors.

🔹 SIGNO Technology – Edge Sealing of Boxes
To enhance hygiene, durability, and appearance of Cartonplast® boxes, Agripak has developed SIGNO, a patented system for sealing the open edges of the sheets.

SIGNO allows to:

seal the internal channels, preventing contamination by liquids or dirt

reinforce the box edges without using profiles or glues

maintain 100% recyclability of the monomaterial (PP)

operate at high speed, either in-line or off-line

This technology improves the mechanical performance, hygiene (crucial in food-grade sectors), and longevity of the reusable packaging.

AGRIPAK offers a range of automatic and semi-automatic machines for the welding and assembly of Cartonplast® boxes, designed for high production volumes and operational efficiency.
