PACKING MONOBLOCK

New generation automatic packing station, with carton erectoning, carton packing and carton sealing integrated in a single solution. The structure is made in painted steel and is complete with safety guards with Plexiglass access doors equipped with safety sensors according to the highest safety standards. Work process is fully automated and independent, reducing the operator’s intervention to supply the adhesive tape or the glue and the cartons. It is an extremely compact and versatile machine, designed with great attention to the accessibility, cleanliness and ergonomics of the components, able to perfectly meet all the packaging needs of the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The operators manage all the process by an user friendly HMI panel.
